Today was one of those days where I would have given anything to have family closer to home. Some days the list of things that I have to do is way too long. I am so emotionally and physically drained that I can barely think. I just managed to get the kids to bed and it is almost 10:00! It seems like when I am just so exhausted, the kids take advantage of it. Anyway, I will be back at Education Week in 10 & 1/2 short months! =)

I wish we were all closer, too. (I hope you're referring to your mom and dad, Kat)! I could be your personal assistant and get everything done for you. Especially the ironing! I could see the kids all the time and have long talks with you. I miss our long talks. We both seem to be so crazy busy these days ... but dad and I are with you in spirit on those bad and good days in your life. Just pick up the phone anytime. I think I'll call you right now!
